It’s good to talk.

Along with our regular colleague briefings, each month members of the Manor Fresh Senior Leadership Team park themselves in our potato and vegetable factory canteens to enjoy a coffee and chat with our valued colleagues.

It's an entirely optional drop-in session in a relaxed atmosphere, but gives our people the chance to ask questions, share ideas, thoughts or concerns, and generally engage with someone who can respond to them and take action. Or just be there to listen.

Whether it’s work-related, or (as is often the case) family, football or the weekend, it really is good to talk, and everyone should have the opportunity. You get a lot more out of a 5 minute coffee shop chat than reading information on a notice board!
