Hours: 06:30 - 15:30 (5 From 7)
Salary: £15.52 per hour plus voluntary overtime at a premium rate.
As a Section Leader, you will work closely with other Section Leaders and the Production Manager to support the effective running of the production lines. Therefore, you will need a good understanding of packaging machinery and its operation to ensure efficient performance and respond effectively to production issues.
You will need to:
- Oversee internal and external labour.
- Complete scheduled orders.
- Manage stock, packaging and waste.
- Complete all production paperwork.
- Manage two production lines daily and around 15 staff.
- Drive production to meet despatch deadlines.
