Hours: 06:00 - 18:00, 223 Shift
Salary: £13.41 p/h plus overtime at a premium rate.
We are looking for an enthusiastic & conscientious individual with excellent IT skills to ensure that our high standards of quality and traceability are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertaking daily inspection and assessment of raw material intake.
- Ensuring that the final product meets customer expectation.
- Ensuring all QC areas are clean and tidy.
- Liaising with production and commercial colleagues.

Sign on bonus of £1000!
The sign-on bonus is being introduced as a targeted recruitment incentive to help attract candidates for roles that are currently difficult to fill. At present, the sign-on bonus applies only to the position of Quality Control Technician.
The total sign-on bonus is £1,000, paid in instalments, as follows:
- £250 – One-Month Milestone. Paid on the Friday following the employee’s one-month anniversary with the company. The employee must remain actively employed at the time of payment.
- £250 – Probation Review Milestone (3 Months). Paid on the Friday following a successful probation review at three months.
If probation is extended, this payment will be deferred until the successful completion of the extended probation period.
If probation is not passed, this instalment will not be paid.
- £500 - One-Year Completion. Paid on the Friday following the employee’s first anniversary with the company.
Terms and Conditions of Bonus:
- The employee must be in continuous employment and not under notice at the time of payment.
- If the employee leaves the company or is dismissed (for any reason) before reaching a milestone, any unpaid portion of the bonus will not be paid.
- All bonus payments are subject to standard deductions, including tax and National Insurance contributions.
The company reserves the right to withdraw or amend the sign-on bonus scheme at its discretion.
