7am-3:30pm
We have a great opportunity to step into a highly rewarding role working for a well established, reputable company. The role itself is to make efficient use of all available resources to assist the operational teams in achieving their goals through maximising the efficiency of the site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide engineering support to operations to ensure efficient performance of site plant and machinery.
- Ensure that machinery downtime is kept to a minimum and that all maintenance is conducted in advance to avoid product disruption.
- Able to show a good level of fault finding skills, knowledge and safety when working within electrical panels and electrical systems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of an effective and relevant PPM schedule.
Person Specification:
- Understanding of PLC and computer-controlled equipment. (Desirable)
- Pneumatics and Hydraulics knowledge. (Desirable)
- Experience in the FMCG/Food Industry. (Desirable)
- Strong understanding of Health and Safety in the workplace.
