Salary: £24,000 per annum dependent on experience
We are looking for an individual to support the IT Business Partner
with the maintenance and development of our current IT network
and infrastructure, working in both office and factory environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver 1st and 2nd line IT support via the helpdesk.
- Repair and maintaining hardware, such as printers, laptops and PCs.
- Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills, adeptly resolving diverse technical issues.
- Installation and maintenance of software.
- Maintain user accounts, asset register and IT documentation.
Essential:
- Valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
- Working knowledge of Windows 10 & 11, Microsoft 365 and Teams.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Abilities to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
Desirable:
- Problem solving mindset.
- Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Organised with good attention to detail.
