Salary: £40,000 per annum
You will need:
- Ensure Manor Fresh Ltd. meet all areas of Legal, Customer and group Compliance standards from raw material to delivery to the customer and to actively promote a positive food safety culture on site.
- Review and maintain food safety related procedures and forms, ensuring that they are fit for purpose, meet audit requirements & relevant staff are adequately trained.
- To assist with customer & certification audits (M&S, BRC, Soil Association) and maintain an internal auditing programme.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Food Safety Level 3
- HACCP Level 3
- 3rd party auditor course
- Experience with BRCGS Food Safety & Supermarket standards
Desirable skills & Qualifications:
- BRCGS Food Safety Auditor training (issue 9 desirable)
- Product Integrity (TACCP / VACCP) training
- Knowledge of M&S Food Factory
- Quality & Integrity Standards
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Package, familiarity with ERP systems)
Additional training will be provided for a suitable candidate.
